The All-on-X Treatment Process
Consultation & Digital Planning
Your All-on-X journey starts with a personalized consultation. Your oral surgeon will take a 3D CBCT scan to assess bone structure, review your medical and dental history, and walk you through your options. Using Nexus IOS’s digital planning tools, a fully guided treatment plan is created—mapping out implant placement, prosthetic fit, and anesthesia preferences. You’ll receive a clear cost breakdown and timeline so you can move forward with confidence.
Implant Placement & Temporary Prosthetic
On surgery day, four or more titanium implants are placed into the jaw—two at the front and two angled toward the back to maximize contact with bone. This strategic placement often eliminates the need for bone grafts. Once the implants are secured, a custom-made, fixed temporary bridge is attached before you leave. Sedation or general anesthesia is provided for comfort, and the procedure typically takes a few hours. By the end of the visit, you’ll have a new smile that looks and feels incredible.
Healing, Monitoring & Final Prosthetic
Over the next 3–6 months, your implants will fuse to the jawbone through a process called osseointegration. During this healing phase, you’ll return for check-ins so your team can monitor your progress.
